How we counted
- What counts: every song that was finished on SongUp AI between 8 October 2026 to 6 November 2026 (UTC), from a prompt, the person’s own lyrics or a hummed tune.
- Left out: ready-made library songs handed to free accounts, songs that failed, and songs with no language recorded.
- Language: the language the song was sung in, chosen by the person or detected from what they typed.
- Privacy: only totals are published. No song, prompt, name or account is shown.
- Limits: this is one service, used most where it is known for singing in local languages, so it is not a picture of all AI music worldwide. Compare months with care, as the mix changes with where new users come from.
