AI Song Generator in Arabic

SongUp AI makes songs sung in Arabic, in the dialect you choose: Gulf (Khaleeji), Egyptian, Levantine (Shami), Iraqi, Maghrebi (Darija) or classical Fusha. The dialect sets both the words and the music, so a Gulf song gets oud, qanun and Khaleeji claps, and an Egyptian one gets strings, accordion and darbuka.

Paste your own lyrics in Arabic letters or let the AI write them in your dialect. A free account hears 30 seconds of its own song sung, once; the full song is $2.99 paid once or comes with Pro. This page is also in Arabic.

How to make a song in Arabic with AI

  1. Step 1

    Choose Arabic, then the dialect

Set the song language to Arabic. A row of dialect chips appears under it: Gulf, Egyptian, Levantine, Iraqi, Maghrebi or Classical. If you don’t pick one, visitors from an Arab country get their own country’s dialect.

  2. Step 2

    Describe the song

Who it is for, the mood and the style, in English or Arabic: “a wedding zaffa for Ahmed and Noura”, “a sad Egyptian ballad”, “a Gulf birthday song for my mother”. Names are sung as you spell them.

  3. Step 3

Add lyrics, or let AI write them

Paste your own lyrics in Arabic letters, or press Write lyrics with AI and it writes them in the dialect you picked. You can edit every line before the song is made.

  4. Step 4

    Hear it, then keep it

A free account hears a 30-second preview of its own song, once. The full song is ready in minutes and downloads as an MP3, with a gift page to send and a certificate of ownership.

The six Arabic dialects, and what each one sounds like

  • Gulf (خليجي): Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain. Oud, qanun, strings, Gulf hand claps and Khaleeji percussion.
  • Egyptian (مصري): Cairo Arabic. String section, oud, accordion, darbuka and the maqsum rhythm.
  • Levantine (شامي): Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Palestine. Oud, buzuq, nay, darbuka and the dabke rhythm.
  • Iraqi (عراقي): Baghdad Arabic. Oud, santur, violin, Iraqi maqam and the chobi rhythm.
  • Maghrebi (مغاربي): Darija from Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia. Gimbri, bendir, mandole, chaabi and rai rhythms.
  • Classical (فصحى): Modern Standard Arabic, for poems, nasheeds and anything formal. Orchestral strings, oud, qanun and nay.
  • The instruments are used when you don’t name a style yourself. Ask for “Arabic trap” or “Gulf EDM” and the dialect still sets the singing.

Writing Arabic lyrics that get sung well

  • Write in Arabic letters. Lyrics typed in Latin letters (Arabizi, like “habibi ya nour el ein”) are harder for the AI to tell apart from other languages.
  • Leave out the tashkeel. Vowel and recitation marks are removed before the song is sung, because fully marked text can come back with no words sung at all.
  • Keep to one dialect. A verse in Egyptian and a chorus in Fusha sounds like two songs.
  • Label the parts: put [Verse] and [Chorus] on their own lines, and repeat the chorus word for word.
  • Spell names the way they are said. If a name comes out wrong, write it in Arabic letters.
[Verse]
يا قمر الليل قول لها
إني ما نسيت ولا ليلة

[Chorus]
يا نورة يا نور العين
إنتي الفرحة وإنتي الحنين

Frequently asked questions

Can AI make a song in Arabic?

Yes. SongUp AI sings in Arabic and lets you choose the dialect: Gulf, Egyptian, Levantine, Iraqi, Maghrebi or classical Fusha. The dialect sets the pronunciation, the words the lyrics writer uses, and the instruments.

Is there a free AI song generator in Arabic?

You can hear 30 seconds of your own Arabic song free, once, with a free account, and get instant songs from the Arabic library free. The full song made from your words is $2.99 paid once or comes with Pro.

Can I use my own Arabic lyrics?

Yes. Paste them in Arabic letters; vowel marks are removed automatically before singing. Or press Write lyrics with AI to get lyrics in the dialect you picked, then edit them.

Can it make a Khaleeji song?

Yes. Pick the Gulf dialect: the lyrics use everyday Gulf words, the singer uses Gulf pronunciation, and the music uses oud, qanun, strings and Gulf hand claps unless you ask for another style.

Can I put a name in an Arabic birthday or wedding song?

Yes. Write the name in the description or in the lyrics, in Arabic letters if you can, and it is sung in the chorus. See the AI birthday song generator and the wedding song pages for ideas.
