Free AI song generators that sing your own lyrics (2026)
The short answer
For the most free songs from your own lyrics, use Suno. Its free plan gives 50 credits a day (Suno says enough for about 10 songs) and Custom mode takes your own lyrics. Free Suno songs have no commercial rights and, per its pricing page, can’t be downloaded. SongUp AI sings 30 seconds of your own lyrics free with a free account, in any of 76 languages. To keep the full song as an MP3 with commercial rights, one song is $2.99 paid once, or Pro’s first month is currently $1 for 5 songs. Mureka’s free plan makes songs but doesn’t download them, and Udio has turned off downloads for everyone.
