SongUp AI is designed to unlock human creativity. These guidelines ensure our platform remains a safe, inspiring space for everyone to create music.
1. Respect and Creativity
We believe AI music should bring people together. We do not tolerate content that promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or harassment against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
2. Copyright and Intellectual Property
SongUp AI respects the intellectual property rights of artists and creators.
- Do not use our tools to clone the voice of real people without their explicit consent.
- Do not generate or distribute music that infringes upon existing copyrights.
- Our AI models are trained on licensed and royalty-free data, and we actively prevent the generation of direct copies of copyrighted works.
3. Commercial Use
Commercial rights to generated music are granted exclusively to users on active paid subscription plans (Pro, Elite, Ultra). Free users are permitted to use generated songs for personal, non-commercial purposes only, with attribution to SongUp AI.
4. Spam and Abuse
Automated scraping, spamming our community feeds, or abusing the credit system undermines the experience for everyone. Users found engaging in malicious platform abuse will face immediate and permanent account suspension.
5. Enforcement
We employ a combination of automated systems and human review to enforce these guidelines. Content that violates our rules will be removed, and repeat offenders will have their access revoked. If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please contact us immediately.
