Jingles for business

AI Jingle Generator: Your Business Name, Sung

Type your business name, the one line you want people to remember and the sound you want. SongUp AI writes the music and sings your words, so you hear a finished jingle in a few minutes instead of booking a studio.

With a free account you can hear 30 seconds of your own lyrics sung, once, which is about the length of a radio spot. When the name sounds right, the full song is $2.99 once or part of Pro, and it comes with commercial rights for ads, radio, podcasts and social video.

How to make a jingle with AI

  1. Step 1

    Pick one message

The name plus one idea: what you sell, where you are, or why people pick you. A jingle that lists every service is forgotten by the end.

  2. Step 2

Write the hook around the name

Put the name in the hook, say it at least twice, and end on it. Spell an unusual name the way it sounds (“Nite Owl” rather than “NyteOwl”) so it is sung right.

  3. Step 3

Describe the sound of the brand

Genre, instruments, tempo and voice: “warm country, acoustic guitar, male vocal, 100 BPM” or “bright electro-pop, female vocal, 125 BPM”. Match what your customers already listen to.

  4. Step 4

Make a few, then cut them

Try two or three styles, keep the one where the name is clearest, and trim it to 5, 15 or 30 seconds with the free [Audio Cutter](/tools/audio-cutter).

What makes a jingle stick

  • One hook of five to eight words, built around the name.
  • The name said at least twice in 30 seconds, and the last word people hear.
  • A melody that moves in small steps, so anyone can hum it after one listen.
  • The same notes on the name every time. Those notes become your sonic logo at the end of every ad.
Fresh from the oven, warm on the street,
Rosie’s Bakery, the morning’s best treat.
Come as you are, we’ll save you a seat,
Rosie’s, Rosie’s, Rosie’s.

The cuts you need from one jingle

  • Sonic logo, 3 to 5 seconds: the name and its notes, for the end of every video.
  • 15 seconds for social video and pre-roll ads; 30 seconds for radio and TV spots; 60 seconds for events and your website.
  • An instrumental for voice-overs: ask for the same style “instrumental, no vocals”, or take the vocal out of the finished song with the Karaoke Maker.
  • Check the loudness a station or ad platform asks for with the LUFS Loudness Meter.

Rights: can you use an AI jingle in ads?

Yes, if it is made on a paid plan or bought on its own. SongUp AI assigns you the song with commercial rights, so you can run it on radio, TV, online ads, podcasts and social media without paying royalties to SongUp AI. Each paid song has a certificate of ownership with a number anyone can check on Verify a Song Certificate.

Songs made on a free account are for personal, non-commercial use, so don’t put one in an ad. Every jingle is new music: SongUp AI doesn’t copy existing songs or imitate real artists, and you shouldn’t ask it to sound like another brand’s jingle.

Writing the brief, step by step

The full walk-through (one message, lyrics, melody, lengths and rights) is in our guide how to make a jingle for your business. For background music under a video ad, the Background Music Generator reads a YouTube video and composes a track to fit its mood. Stuck on a rhyme? Try the Rhyme Finder.

Frequently asked questions

Can AI make a jingle for my business?

Yes. Write your business name and slogan as lyrics, describe the style, and SongUp AI writes the music and sings it in a few minutes. You can hear 30 seconds of your own lyrics sung free, once, with a free account.

How much does an AI jingle cost?

One song is $2.99, paid once, with commercial rights. Pro is $9.99 a month for 21 songs (the first month is currently $1 for 5 songs), which suits trying several styles or making jingles for clients. A jingle studio usually charges hundreds to thousands of dollars.

Can I use the jingle on the radio and in paid ads?

Yes, if the song was made on a paid plan or bought on its own. It comes with commercial rights and a certificate of ownership. Free-account songs are non-commercial only.

How long is the jingle?

SongUp AI makes a full song, so you get the hook plus verses to choose from. Cut it to a 5-second sonic logo, a 15-second social spot or a 30-second radio spot with the free Audio Cutter.

What if the business name is sung wrong?

Spell it the way it sounds, split it with a space or hyphen (“Lake-side”), or put it in quotes. Make two or three versions and keep the one where the name is clearest.

Can I get a version without vocals for a voice-over?

Yes. Ask for the same style “instrumental, no vocals”, or remove the vocal from the finished jingle with the free Karaoke Maker.

Yes. Jingles can be made in English, Hindi, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Arabic, Urdu, Turkish, Persian, Indonesian, Malay, Tamil, Punjabi, Bengali, Italian, Russian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Filipino, Swahili, Marathi, Telugu, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Nepali, Sinhala, Pashto, Hausa, Yoruba, Amharic, Polish, Dutch, Ukrainian, Romanian, Greek, Hebrew, Burmese, Khmer, Azerbaijani, Uzbek, Kurdish, Czech, Hungarian, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Serbian, Croatian, Bulgarian, Slovak, Lithuanian, Albanian, Catalan, Kazakh, Georgian, Armenian, Mongolian, Lao, Javanese, Sundanese, Cebuano, Odia, Assamese, Sindhi, Somali, Zulu, Igbo, Afrikaans, Haitian Creole and Tigrinya.
