Diss Track Generator
Tell the diss track generator who the track is for and what they did, and it writes a full diss: 16 bars of verse and a hook you can shout back, rhymed and counted so it raps to a beat. Free with a SongUp AI account, 15 sets of lyrics a day.
Happy with the bars? Send them to the studio and SongUp AI turns them into a finished rap song with a beat and a rapped vocal. That part is a Pro song, or one song on its own for $2.99.

How to make a diss track with AI
Step 1
Name the target and the beef
A first name or a nickname, and the real reason: he always cancels, she brags about her car, your little brother cheats at FIFA. The truer and smaller the detail, the harder the bar hits.
Step 2
Pick the heat
Confident for a classic battle, Funny for a roast at a party, Angry or Dark for a proper beef track. Keep “To you” as the point of view so every bar is said straight at them.
Step 3
Write, then rewrite one part
Press Write my lyrics. Keep what lands and rewrite only the verse or hook that doesn’t; each section can be redone on its own, and the last word of a line opens rhymes for it.
Step 4
Hear it rapped
Press “Hear it sung with AI” and the lyrics open in the studio. Describe the beat (trap, drill, boom bap) and the voice, and SongUp AI makes the full track.
Prompts to try
Each one opens in the Create studio, ready to edit.

Use this prompt →What makes a diss track hit
- One specific charge per verse. “You owe me forty dollars since July” beats “you’re fake” every time.
- Flip their own words. Quote the thing they always say, then turn it against them in the next line.
- Punchlines land at the end of the bar. Set up in the first half of the line, hit on the last word.
- A hook people can chant: short, repeated word for word, ideally with their nickname in it.
- Leave a little affection in a roast. The best friendly disses make the target laugh too.
Example: four bars from the generator
Target “my cousin Ali, always borrows my hoodies and never gives them back”, mood Funny, point of view To you, rhyme Multisyllabic:
You got my grey hoodie, my black one, my blue, I open my closet, the closet is you. You say “I’ll return it”, that line’s getting old, my wardrobe’s in your house and my shoulders are cold.
Clean bars only, no real names of famous people
The generator writes clean diss tracks: no slurs, no explicit sex, and it never names real artists or celebrities. That keeps the songs safe to post, play at a party or send in a group chat, and it keeps you clear of defamation. Aim it at friends, family, rivals and battle opponents who are in on it, and use a nickname rather than someone’s full name.
Diss tracks have a long history in hip-hop, from the Roxanne Wars of 1984–85 to the battles that ran through the 1990s and 2000s and the 2024 back-and-forth that ended with a diss track winning Record of the Year. What they share is detail and wordplay, which is what this generator is built around.
From lyrics to a finished rap song
The lyrics are free. The finished song, with a beat and a rapped vocal made from your own bars, is composed fresh for you: it is part of Pro, or one song on its own for $2.99 with no subscription. A free account’s songs come from SongUp AI’s library, so for your own words on a beat you need one of those two.
Want the beat first? Make an instrumental with the AI Beat Maker, then write over it. For a rap that isn’t a diss, the AI Rap Generator has prompts for every style, and the rap lyrics guide covers bars, flow and rhyme schemes in depth.
Frequently asked questions
Is the diss track generator free?
Yes. Writing the lyrics is free with a SongUp AI account, up to 15 sets a day, with no card. Turning the lyrics into a full rapped song with a beat is a Pro song, or $2.99 for one song.
Does it make the beat and the vocals too?
The generator on this page writes the lyrics. Press “Hear it sung with AI” and the studio makes the full track from them: beat, rapped vocal and hook.
Can I use my own bars?
Yes. Edit any line the generator wrote, or paste your own lyrics straight into the studio. Your own words on a beat need Pro or the one-song purchase.
Will it write explicit or offensive lyrics?
No. Diss tracks here are clean: no slurs and no explicit sex. They can still be savage; the best disses win on detail and wordplay, not swearing.
Can I diss a real rapper or a celebrity?
No. The generator never names real artists or famous people. Diss your friends, family, rivals or battle opponents, ideally people who are in on the joke.
Can I make it funny instead of aggressive?
Yes. Pick Funny as the mood for a roast, or Confident for a classic battle verse. Angry and Dark give you a proper beef track.
What should I put in the box?
Who it is for (a first name or nickname) and two or three true details: what they always do, what they said, what they owe you. Add a word or catchphrase under Words to include and it will be worked into the bars.
Can the diss be in another language?
Yes. Choose the language under More options; the lyrics can be written in 76 languages, in their own script.
Can I post the finished diss track on TikTok or YouTube?
Songs made on a paid plan or bought as a single song include commercial rights, so you can post and monetise them. Keep it about people who are fine with it.
