هات يامدير حسام وأخذ رحيق المجاني

Hat ya mudir Hussam wa akhudh rahiq al-majani

والورود الندية ذي لها خد مياس

قط ما أنسى انا الشيخ نسيم وان نساني

التميز تميز والشعار يرفع الراس

Al-tamayyuz tamayyuz wal shi'ar yarfa' al-ras

من مرايا الحروف الي تضوي مكاني

Min maraya al-huruf allati tudwi makani

From the mirrors of letters that illuminate my place

شاقني له بشوق الزير سالم لجساس

Shaqani lahu bi-shawq al-Zir Salim li Jassas

He made me yearn for him with the longing of Al-Zir Salim for Jassas

بيظلي المريسي طول داخل كياني

Bi-yazalli Al-Muraisi tul dakhil kiyani

Al-Muraisi will remain within my being forever

دم يسري بوسط القلب ويتصاعد انفاس

Dam yasri bi-wasat al-qalb wa yatas'ad anfas

Blood flows in the heart and breaths ascend
