[Verse 1]
70 år i dag, det er din fest
70 years today, it's your party
With Ida by your side, you are the best
To sønner kom til jer, Frederik og Chris
Two sons came to you, Frederik and Chris
And now there are grandchildren, a whole new sight
[Chorus]
Christian, du er en ægte vinder
Christian, you are a true winner
With a heart so warm, as one finds
Fra mejeri til fitness, du er med
From dairy to fitness, you are in
En farfar, vi altid vil se
A grandfather, we will always see
[Verse 2]
From volleyball to cycling, you keep yourself going
Schnapps and beer for lunch, that's your song
A warm cup of coffee and cake in the afternoon
Du nyder livet, uden at tænke på klagen
You enjoy life, without thinking of complaining
[Chorus]
Christian, du er en ægte vinder
Christian, you are a true winner
With a heart so warm, as one finds
Fra mejeri til fitness, du er med
From dairy to fitness, you are in
En farfar, vi altid vil se
A grandfather, we will always see
[Bridge]
Carl og Camma ser op til dig
Carl and Camma look up to you
Du er deres klippe, hver eneste dag
You are their rock, every single day
En farfar, der altid smiler
A grandfather who always smiles
[Chorus]
Christian, du er en ægte vinder
Christian, you are a true winner
With a heart so warm, as one finds
Fra mejeri til fitness, du er med
From dairy to fitness, you are in
En farfar, vi altid vil se
A grandfather, we will always see
