مشيت دروب هواية، بيها تعب وأفراح

Mashaayt droob hawaiyah, beha ta'ab w afrah

I walked many paths, with hardship and joys

بس چانت عيوني تشوف، وگلبي يرتاح

Bas chanat 'uyouni tshoof, w galbi yertah

But my eyes always saw, and my heart found peace

لأن أدري أهلي وياي، أبعد عني الأتراح

Le'an adri ahli wayay, ab'ad 'anni el atraah

Because I know my family is with me, sorrows are far from me

وبدعواتهم، كل ضيق ينفتح ويصير صباح
