سنشقُّ دربًا لا يغيبْ

Sanashuqqu darban la yagheeb

We will carve a path that never fades

أمضي وعزمي كالجبالْ

Amdee wa 'azmee kal-jibaal

I go forth, and my resolve is like the mountains

لا ينحني يومًا محالْ

La yanhanī yawman muhaal

It is impossible for it to ever bend

إن أظلمتْ كلُّ الدروبْ

In azlamat kullu ad-doroob

If all paths darken

سأشقُّ من صخري دروبْ

Sa'ashuqqu min sakhree duroob

I will carve paths from my rock

قد يسقطُ الفارسُ يومًا

Qad yasqut al-faris yawman

The knight may fall one day

لكنَّه ينهضُ دومًا

Lakinnahu yanhadhu dawman

But he always rises again

والجرحُ إن تركَ الأثرْ

Wal-jarhu in taraka al-athar

And if the wound leaves its mark

يصنعُ من قلبِكَ ظَفَرْ

Yasna'u min qalbika zafar

It creates victory from your heart

لن أنكسرْ! لن أندثرْ!

Lan ankaser! Lan andathir!

I will not be broken! I will not perish!

سأظلُّ أمضي كالقدرْ!

Sa'azallu amdee kal-qadar!

I will keep going like destiny!

مهما تهاوى بي الزمنْ

Mahma tahaawa bee az-zaman

No matter how much time brings me down

سأعودُ أقوى من مِحَنْ!

Sa'a'oodu aqwa min mihann!

I will return stronger than hardships!

هذي عزيمتي والشعارْ

Hathihi 'azeematee wash-shi'aar

This is my resolve and my motto

أمضي وأعبرُ كلَّ نارْ

Amdee wa a'buru kulla naar

I go forth and cross every fire

حتى أرى فجرَ الأملْ

Hatta ara fajra al-amal

Until I see the dawn of hope

وأحققَ الحلمَ الأجلّْ!

Wa uhaqqiqa al-hulma al-ajall!

And achieve the greatest dream!

في راحتي برقٌ يثورْ

Fi raahatee barqun yathoor

In my palm, lightning rages

وفي خطايَ ألفُ نورْ

Wa fi khutaayaa alfa noor

And in my steps, a thousand lights

إن جاءني خوفٌ عنيدْ

In jaa'anee khawfun 'aneed

If stubborn fear comes to me

أمضي ولا أخشى الوعيدْ

Amdee wa la akhsha al-wa'eed

I go forth and do not fear the threat

أحمي رفاقي من خطرْ

Ahmee rifaaqee min khatar

I protect my companions from danger

وأصونُ عهدًا لا يُكسرْ

Wa asoonu 'ahdan la yuksar

And preserve a covenant that cannot be broken

فالنصرُ ليس لمن قوي

Fal-nasru laysa liman qawiy

For victory is not for the strong

بل للذي لم ينثنِ!

Bal lil-lathee lam yanthani!

But for the one who did not falter!

إن سقطَ النجمُ البعيدْ

In saqata an-najmu al-ba'eed

If the distant star falls

سأكونُ فجرًا من جديدْ

Sa'akoonu fajran min jadeed

I will be a new dawn

وإذا انتهى دربُ الكفاحْ

Wa itha intaha darbu al-kifaah

And if the path of struggle ends

أبني من الأحلامِ جناحْ

Abnee min al-ahlaami janaah

I will build wings from dreams

لن أنكسرْ! لن أندثرْ!

Lan ankaser! Lan andathir!

I will not be broken! I will not perish!

سأظلُّ أمضي كالقدرْ!

Sa'azallu amdee kal-qadar!

I will keep going like destiny!

من قلبِ عاصفةِ الخطرْ

Min qalbi 'aasifati al-khatar

From the heart of the storm of danger

سأصنعُ النصرَ المنتظرْ!

Sa'asna'u an-nasra al-muntazar!

I will create the awaited victory!

هذي عزيمتي والشعارْ

Hathihi 'azeematee wash-shi'aar

This is my resolve and my motto

لن تنطفئْ فيَّ الشرارْ

Lan tantafi'a fiyya ash-sharaar

The sparks within me will not be extinguished

حتى يضيءَ لنا الأملْ

Hatta yudee'a lana al-amal

Until hope illuminates for us

ويصيرَ حلمي قد اكتملْ!

Wa yaseera hulmee qad iktamal!

And my dream becomes complete!
