भटके मन को राह दिखा दो, कर दो भव से पार॥

Bhaṭke man ko rāh dikhā do, kar do bhav se pār.

Show the way to my wandering mind, and help me cross the ocean of existence.

हर हर शम्भू, जय शिव शम्भू, गूंजे जय-जयकार।

The sacred Ganga resides on your head, the moon shines on your forehead.

गले में सर्पों की माला है, रूप ये मन को मोहे॥

Gale meṁ sarpoṁ kī mālā hai, rūp ye man ko mohe.

A garland of snakes is around your neck, this form captivates the mind.

भस्म अंग पर रमाए बैठे, कैलाश के वासी।

Bhasm aṅg par ramāe baiṭhe, kailāś ke vāsī.

Seated with ash smeared on your body, O resident of Kailash.

एक नजर बस देख लो बाबा, कट जाए मन की उदासी॥

Ek najar bas dekh lo bābā, kaṭ jāe man kī udāsī.

Just one glance, O Baba, can remove the sadness of the heart.

विष पीकर जो देव बचाए, नीलकंठ कहलाए।

Viṣ pīkar jo dev bacāe, nīlkaṇṭh kahlāe.

You drank poison to save the gods, and were called Neelkanth.

जिसके सिर पर हाथ तुम्हारा, काल कभी ना आए॥

Jiske sir par hāth tumhārā, kāl kabhī nā āe.

On whose head your hand rests, death never comes.

ना कोई मेरा दूजा जग में, बस तेरा विश्वास।

Nā koī merā dūjā jag meṁ, bas terā viśvās.

I have no other in this world, only your faith.

जब-जब नैन मुंदूँ मैं अपने, पाओ तुमको पास॥

Jab-jab nain mundūṁ maiṁ apne, pāo tumko pās.

Whenever I close my eyes, I find you near.

अंत समय जब सांसें टूटें, मन में ध्यान तुम्हारा हो।

Ant samay jab sāṁseṁ ṭūṭeṁ, man meṁ dhyān tumhārā ho.

When breaths break at the final moment, may my mind be focused on you.

मुझ पापी की नैया का बस, शिव ही एक सहारा हो॥

Mujh pāpī kī naiyā kā bas, śiv hī ek sahārā ho.

For this sinner's boat, may Shiva alone be the support.

डमरू की वो मधुर गूंज में, खो जाए संसार।

Ḍamarū kī vo madhur gūnj meṁ, kho jāe saṁsār.

In the sweet resonance of the Damru, may the world be lost.

चरणों में बस वास मिले अब, सुन लो यह पुकार॥

Caraṇoṁ meṁ bas vās mile ab, sun lo yah pukār.

May I find abode only at your feet now, hear this plea.
