سَلاَمٌ عَلَى نَبْعِ الْهُدَى وَمَعِينِــــهِ

Salāmun ‘alā nab‘i al-hudā wa ma‘īnihī

Peace be upon the spring of guidance and its source

وَمَنْ فِيهِ فِي الْغَيْبِ ارْتِقَــــاءُ الْحَقَائِقِ

Wa man fīhi fī al-ghaybi irtiqa’u al-ḥaqā’iqi

And in it, in the unseen, is the ascent of truths

سَلاَمٌ أَبَا الْعَيْنَيْنِ حِبَّ مُحَمَّدٍ

Salāmun abā al-‘aynayni ḥibba Muḥammadin

Peace, O father of the two eyes, beloved of Muhammad

فَمَنْهَلُكُـــمْ فِيهِ احْتِوَاءُ الطَّرَائِقِ

Fa manhalukum fīhi iḥtiwā’u al-ṭarā’iqi

سَلاَمٌ وَفَخْرُ الدِّينِ مِنْكَ عَطِيَّةٌ

With it, my race was good where the two presences meet

سَلاَمٌ بِـــــــآلِ الْبَيْتِ حِصْنُ أَحِبَّتِـــــي

Salāmun bi-āli al-bayti ḥiṣnu aḥibbatī

Peace, by the Household of the Prophet, the fortress of my beloved ones

سَلاَمٌ بِـــــــآلِ الْبَيْتِ حِصْنُ أَحِبَّتِـــــي

Salāmun bi-āli al-bayti ḥiṣnu aḥibbatī

Peace, by the Household of the Prophet, the fortress of my beloved ones

مَنْ أَمَّكُمْ فَالرَّاحُ حَيْثُ نَمَارِقِي

Man ammakum fa al-rāḥu ḥaythu namāriqī

Whoever seeks you, then comfort is where my cushions are

سَلاَمٌ عَلَيْكُمْ طَيِّبِينَ فَأَنْتُمُ

Salāmun ‘alaykum ṭayyibīna fa antumu

Peace be upon you, good people, for you are

سَلاَمٌ عَلَيْكُمْ طَيِّبِينَ فَأَنْتُمُ

Salāmun ‘alaykum ṭayyibīna fa antumu

لَحِصْنُ أَمَانٍ مِنْ جَمِيعِ الْبَوَائِقِ

Laḥiṣnu amānin min jamī‘i al-bawā’iqi

A fortress of safety from all calamities

سَلاَمٌ عَلَيْكُمْ وَالأَمَانُ لِجَارِكُمْ

Salāmun ‘alaykum wa al-amānu li-jārikum

Peace be upon you, and safety for your neighbor

سَلاَمٌ عَلَيْكُمْ وَالأَمَانُ لِجَارِكُمْ

Salāmun ‘alaykum wa al-amānu li-jārikum

وَيُحْرَمُ مِنْ صَافِيهِ كُلُّ مُنَافِقِ

Wa yuḥramu min ṣāfīhi kullu munāfiqi

And every hypocrite is deprived of its purity

سَلاَمٌ أُهَيْلَ الرَّاحِ وَهُوَ مُعَتَّقٌ

Salāmun uhayla al-rāḥi wa huwa mu‘attaqun

Peace, O people of comfort, while it is aged

سَلاَمٌ أُهَيْلَ الرَّاحِ وَهُوَ مُعَتَّقٌ

Salāmun uhayla al-rāḥi wa huwa mu‘attaqun

Peace, O people of comfort, while it is aged

لِيَشْرَبَ أَحْبَابِي و وَبُعْداً لِفَاسِقِ

Li-yashraba aḥbābī wa bu‘dan li-fāsiqi

So that my beloved ones may drink, and away with the wicked!

سَلاَمٌ وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ مِنْكُمْ يَسْتَقِي

Salāmun wa Ibrāhīmu minkum yastaqī

Peace, and Ibrahim drinks from you

سَلاَمٌ وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ مِنْكُمْ يَسْتَقِي

Salāmun wa Ibrāhīmu minkum yastaqī

Peace, and Ibrahim drinks from you

وَكُلُّ طَرِيدٍ مَنْ أَتَى لِيُشَاقِقِ

Wa kullu ṭarīdin man atā li-yushāqiqi

And every outcast who comes to contend

سَلاَمٌ عَلَى نَبْعِ الْهُدَى وَمَعِينِــــهِ

Salāmun ‘alā nab‘i al-hudā wa ma‘īnihī

Peace be upon the spring of guidance and its source

عَسَى اللَّهُ أَنْ يَحْبُو الأَحِبَّةَ حُجَّةً

‘Asā Allāhu an yaḥbū al-aḥibbata ḥujjatan

May Allah grant the beloved ones a proof

بِهَا تَثْبُتُ الأَقْدَامُ حَيْثُ الْمَزَالِقِ

Bihā tathbutu al-aqdāmu ḥaythu al-mazāliqu

With which feet are firm where there are slips

سَلاَمٌ عَلَى نَبْعِ الْهُدَى وَمَعِينِــــهِ

Salāmun ‘alā nab‘i al-hudā wa ma‘īnihī

دَعُوا كُلَّ خَوَّاضٍ يَنُوءُ بِحِمْلِهِ

Da‘ū kulla khawwāḍin yanū’u bi-ḥimlihi

Let every one who wades bear his burden

فَإِنَّ إِشَارَاتِي أَدَقُّ الدَّقَائِقِ

Fa inna ishārātī adaqqu al-daqā’iqi

For my signs are the most subtle of details

سَلاَمٌ عَلَى نَبْعِ الْهُدَى وَمَعِينِــــهِ

Salāmun ‘alā nab‘i al-hudā wa ma‘īnihī
